From our earliest days, Samley’s dedication extended beyond the tea itself. At Samley Teas (Pvt) Ltd, our people are our greatest asset. We foster a safe and healthy environment for employees, contractors, visitors, and the public. Through regular risk assessments, we identify hazards and implement effective safety measures. Our team receives essential training and resources to support them in their roles.

We investigate all incidents to prevent future occurrences and continually improve our safety practices. We prioritize well-being with benefits like life and medical insurance, creche facilities, profit-sharing, and a diverse workforce where 60% are women.
