Capsules are produced for standard Nespresso Original Line machines — the dominant single-serve platform in European and North American households. Filling and foil sealing run under FSSC 22000 food-safety systems, with nitrogen-flush freshness protection preserving aroma through retail shelf life.
Capsule shell, foil and carton specifications are confirmed at development stage, so the finished unit performs in-machine and on-shelf — extraction pressure, seal integrity and shelf-life data are part of the approval pack, not an afterthought.

OEM capsule production starts at 50,000 units per variant. That figure covers the full programme: blend development, capsule filling and foil sealing, custom carton and outer packaging, barcoding and certification documentation — there is no separate tooling or development fee buried in the quote.
First orders run 6–8 weeks from approved samples and final specifications; repeat orders are faster because the blend, artwork and documentation are already locked. If your programme also needs loose-leaf or bagged formats alongside capsules, we consolidate them in one shipment — bulk minimums start at 500 kg through our bulk Ceylon tea supply.
